These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders and services provided by Vine and Petal. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

 1. General

 Vine and Petal provides bespoke floral designs for events, occasions, and personal orders. All arrangements are handmade and may vary  slightly due to the natural nature of flowers and seasonal availability.

 2. Orders & Booking

 All orders must be placed in advance and are subject to availability.

 For bespoke designs, full details (date, colours, style, budget, delivery/collection details) must be agreed before confirmation.

 Vine and Petal reserves the right to decline orders if requirements cannot be met.

 3. Payments

 Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking.

 A non-refundable deposit may be required for all bespoke orders.

 Full payment must be made before delivery or collection unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 Late payments may result in cancellation of the order.

 4. Cancellations & Changes

 Cancellations must be made as soon as possible.

 Deposits are non-refundable due to flowers being ordered in advance.

 Cancellations made within 7 days of the event/order date may be charged in full.

 Changes to orders are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

 5. Flowers & Substitutions

 Flowers are subject to seasonal availability.

 If specific flowers are unavailable, suitable alternatives of equal value and style will be used.

 Colours and flower varieties may vary slightly from images shown, as flowers are natural products.

 6. Delivery & Collection

 Delivery times are approximate.

 The customer is responsible for providing correct delivery details.

 Vine and Petal is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

 Once delivered or collected, responsibility for the flowers passes to the customer.

 7. Care & Longevity

 Flower longevity depends on care, environment, and conditions beyond our control.

 Vine and Petal cannot guarantee how long flowers will last after delivery or collection.

 8. Events & Installations

 For event work, access times and venue details must be confirmed in advance.

 Any hired items (vases, stands, props) remain the property of Vine and Petal and must be returned in good condition.

 Damaged or lost items may be charged for.

 9. Complaints & Issues

 Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or collection, with photographic evidence where possible.

Complaints made after this period may not be accepted.

10. Liability

Vine and Petal will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Liability is limited to the value of the order.

11. Photography & Marketing

Vine and Petal reserves the right to photograph arrangements for portfolio, website, and social media use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland / United Kingdom.
